Description
As a Publishing Quality and Training Associate, you will:
- Manage the permissions and access controls in ServiceNow, GLS, TeamSite and Red Oak for new or re-classified publishers
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive catalogue of training, on-demand, and certification materials for publishers
- Maintain an on-demand resource library for publishers and requestors of publishing services
- Monitor and report on document publishing activity and any associated operational risk issues
- Monitor dashboards for document publishing requests and interact with publishers, document owners and content authors globally to address quality issues and required changes to submissions
- Participate in operational improvement initiatives
The team
In our team we are responsible for day-to-day queue management and active monitoring of publishing activities to ensure compliance with company policies and standards, access management and oversight of training programs for content authors and publishers, and identifying and leading opportunities for process improvement and automation through technology innovations, agile methodologies, etc.
Your role and impact
Critical criteria for success in this meaningful role include a background in financial services, excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience with managing stakeholders across a large variety of business and operations teams; outstanding organization and analysis skills; and a working familiarity with web publishing/CMS and document management systems.
What You’ll Need
At least 5 years of professional experience in a related quality management or service delivery role. Experience in financial services industry would be a plus.
Demonstrated experience on an enterprise level web content management system (e.g., TeamSite) and/or document management system, browser software and testing
Ability to cope with multiple projects and tight deadlines
Experience of editing and proof-reading content
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with large teams and global stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with superior data entry and quality control skills
Analytical mindset with pragmatic experience in identifying risks and issues
Results driven and passionate about process and governance
Flexibility to work “global” hours - such as aligning with various time zones if needed
Experience of creating resource materials and training business users
