**Your new role**
- An exciting opportunity for an **Associate Manufacturing Planner (Training Administration) **to join our team.
- Reporting to the Manufacturing Planning Specialist, this role is focussed on taking responsibility for commercial manufacturing planning as well as improving the planning and tracking of technical training and qualification across Manufacturing Operations.
- This role includes responsibilities as deputy to the Manufacturing Planning Specialist.
- Responsible for RoslinCT's commercial manufacturing schedule:

- Maintain demand slot schedule for commercial manufacturing across three suites.
- Maintain Master Production Schedule for commercial manufacturing.
- Assure people are matched to task according to training status and as driven by the Master Production Schedule.
- Ensure Manufacturing hard copy training records and certificates are retained and filed appropriately.
- Coordinate gown training including initial qualification and annual re-qualifications; ensure the associate qualification and requalification tracker is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate on-plant Operator Aseptic Qualifications (OAQs) and annual re-qualifications; ensure the associated operator qualification and requalification tracker is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain the technical training tracker for all other training performed within Manufacturing; this includes specialist equipment operations and specific roles such as operator, scribe, and assistant operator.
- Provide training status reports as required.
- Deputise for the Manufacturing Planning Specialist as required:

- Maintain demand/suite slot schedule for clinical manufacturing across two suites.
- Maintain Master Production Schedule.
- Assure people are matched to task according to training status and as driven by the Master Production Schedule.
- Attend weekly site demand meeting.
- Attend weekly client meetings.
- Lead daily Manufacturing operations huddle.
- General administrative support to the wider Manufacturing Team.
- Occasional driving between sites may be required.

**About you**
- This position is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing administration/planning to further develop their career in a new leading-edge and complex human healthcare arena.
- Occasional driving between sites may be required therefore a current UK driving licence and business insurance is required. A per mile payment is available for all business miles claimed.
- You will have experience of cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Previous Training Administration or experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
- You will be able to create bespoke solutions to Manufacturing specific needs.
- Proven administration/planning skills combined with the ability to assimilate operational knowledge and convert into robust realistic plans.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a very dynamic environment.
- You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other planning tools as appropriate.
- Excellent attention to detail and administration and record keeping skills.
- Ability to learn and share knowledge with the management team and the wider team where appropriate.
