**The role and responsibilities of a Client Relationship Coordinator**:
The role of the Client Relationship Coordinator is key to the effective management of our adviceline calls. Client Relationship Coordinators are often the first point of contact for clients and the focus of the role is to provide excellence in customer serviceand to maximise the client experience. Your role will include:

- Deal with any enquiries regarding the website content and escalate calls to advisers in line with the client’s business rules.
- Capture and track all calls on the case and call management system in line with specific workflow processes and client SLA’s.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients in line the client’s business rules.
- Support any administration necessary to support the coordination of advice line calls and the advisory teams.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to both, internal and external customers

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Client Relationship Coordinator**:

- Articulate, confident and fluent communicators demonstrating a high level of both oral and written English
- Focused on delivering the very best customer service
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Advanced IT skills (Word processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Internet, MS Outlook)
- A commercial/pragmatic approach to problem solving
- A committed team player who is effective working with the team and independently
- Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
