Screening Consultancy and Supplies Ltd (SCS) is a family owned company which has been in operation for 30 years. We design, manufacture, supply and install in the quarry, recycling and mining sectors. Our products are manufactured predominately from rubber and polyurethane.

- **Sales Office Administrator **_
We are looking for a full-time experienced individual to support the day-to-day administration of the business, supporting both our sales and accounts department. You will ideally have experience within a technical sales office environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively preparing quotations, processing sales and purchase orders
- Stock control and issuing of Personal Protective Equipment and workwear
- Domestic and international transport logistics
- Proactive customer follow ups as required, such as order tracking and maintaining records with an accurate and timely approach
- General office and administrative duties
- Due to the changing circumstances of our business, you may be required to undertake other responsibilities/activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to build rapport with customers
- High attention to detail
- Strong mathematical and literacy ability
- Excellent MS Office skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Sage software experience preferable
- Methodical and organised working, with a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with a technical sales office environment
- The ability to integrate well into the office and with the geographically dispersed sales team
- Exceptional customer service

Location - Rugby (parking on site)
Hours of work - 8.30 am - 5 pm - Monday to Friday
25 days holiday + 8 days statutory bank holidays
