Responsibilities:
  1. Initial contact with customers regarding orders and product inquiries
  2. Searching for parts from a catalogue/website
  3. Quotation preparation for pricing and availability
  4. Resolving customer queries and issues
  5. Processing and posting invoices daily
  6. Participation in credit control processes
  7. Maintenance and development of customer databases
  8. General administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer services or sales administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in systems and technology

Package:

  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
