Sales Administrator

General Duties
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support for the Customer Sales team.
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls, take messages, process orders and chase orders.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying documents, updating order books.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
Experience
- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data entry experience is preferred.
