Sales Administrator Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our small sales team at our UK headquarters in Rugby.
The successful candidate will be confident dealing with multiple customers on a daily basis, able to multitask, and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact with customers, processing orders, answering product questions, and resolving general customer queries.
Excellent communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have previous customer services or sales administration experience and be comfortable with technical products.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
