**We are currently hiring an additional administrator to support our operations department.**

**Main Duties Include**:

- Recording the workshop hours
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the efficient running of the business
- Administer workshop schedule and diary of work
- Ensuring the company spreadsheets, systems and holiday trackers are up to date with relevant information.
- Completing other general administrative tasks
- Ad hoc projects as instructed by the Operations manager

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Forward thinking and able to use own initiative
- High level of literacy
- Excellent organisation and time planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to process high volume of paperwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- High level of IT Literacy
