**We’re looking for a People System Project Support Specialist to join us in our Bradford or Reading office on a permanent full-time basis.**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Specialist to support on the successful delivery and ongoing assistance across our HR systems platforms. Sitting within the People Systems Team, you will work with the HR Systems Manager, ensuring governance process is followed for any system, process and project activity. Maintaining governance library including but not limited to change impact plans, Business Continuity plans and prioritisation matrix.

The Project Specialist will work with the Lead consultant in defining problem statements and customer requirements while supporting with the creation of business requirement documents and review solution design against requirements to ensure alignment.

Responsible for developing test scripts and plans, engaging with key stakeholders to secure resource. You will be responsible for responding to in-depth specialist customer queries and data issues and follow them through to a successful resolution. Contributing to the delivery of VMO2/People Services projects and solutions to drive continuous improvement against agreed objectives, timescales, and quality standards.

**What will you be doing?**
- Respond to in-depth specialist customer queries and data issues and follow them through to a successful resolution.
- Work with the People Operations/Oracle ERP teams to prioritise systems enhancements driven by continuous improvement activity or systems issues.
- Write UAT test scripts and co-ordinate User acceptance testing.
- Support cyclical projects to ensure that system impacts are identified and managed.
- Contribute to the generation and management of the systems roadmap.

Essential:

- Experienced in reporting, planning, and delivering key strategic imperatives.
- Breadth of skill and experience and proven track record in delivering highly strategic projects and programmes.
- Proficient using excel and handling data.
- Experience in Oracle HR Fusion modules.
- Ability to influence at Senior Management level.

Desirable:

- Provides excellent customer service through delivery and clear communication.
- Skilled at managing conflicting priorities.
- Collaborative with strong team and people development.
- Functional/Technical excellence.
