Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

**Job Description**:
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Employee expenses
- Audit expenses in line with KLA policies & internal audit requirements
- Ensure employees are reimbursed promptly
- Work with travellers & wider finance team to resolve discrepancies

Accounts Payable
- Processing supplier invoices for our European entities.
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Proactively work with buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries and reduce balances on aged creditor’s report
- Weekly payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid on time
- Vendor controls to meet SOX requirements
- Intercompany payments

Accounts Receivable
- To monitor and chase aged debt in line with targets

Month-end
- Follow close schedule closely to meet processing deadlines
- Expense accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliations

Other
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Internal and external audit support
- Back-up support for SSC colleagues

- Solid Accounts Payable Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
- Excellent Excel and MS Office Skills
- Applied problem solving skills in previous roles to find workable solutions
- Excellent time management to meet requirements of a fast paced, deadline-driven role
- Strong attention to detail which is essentials to any Finance role
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels in the business, across multiple regions
- Confidence to work independently by following processes closely and as part of a flexible team
- Thrive during busy periods of the month/quarter/year
- A can-do attitude towards challenges and projects
- A positive approach to problem solving and collaboration

Desirable, non-essential skills
- AAT qualification or similar
- Languages - German, French, Italian, Danish
