What's the role about?:
**Regional Product Trainer**

**Haleon**

**Full Time, 9 month Fixed Term Contract**

**37.5hrs, Monday - Friday**

**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + company car

**Location**: Midlands (approx. 2 days per week working from home)

Our Haleon team are looking for excellent brand awareness trainers to join their team. You’ll be visiting various independent pharmacies across your area, building relationships and delivering training to increase brand awareness and advocacy for the Haleon over the counter products.

**You will be**:

- Building relationships to drive Pharmacy staff awareness, advocacy, and recommendation of the Haleon over the counter brands
- Delivering ‘best in class’ training to Pharmacy staff to increase knowledge and brand awareness
- Supporting Haleon at relevant exhibitions, events, and PR initiatives to drive business goals
- Identifying opportunities for value creation and partnership projects between Haleon and key customer sectors
- Working closely with the sales teams to accelerate rate of local implementation
- Accurately and thoroughly reporting visits and activities through internal systems

**You will have**:

- Experience working in a field based environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to train and educate a variety of audience sizes, both face to face and remotely
- A full UK manual driving license
- Pharmacy related experience is beneficial, but not required

As this is a driving role visiting numerous sites, you will need to have held **a full manual driving licence for at least 12 months**
