About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Trainer to join our team in the Midlands and North regions. As a Regional Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering training programs and supporting the continuous development of our frontline store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective training to frontline store teams in person and online, focusing on product knowledge, sales, and management skills.
  • Implement training programs and support the continuous development of these programs through critical evaluation and frontline insights.
  • Upskill our store teams to deliver the Rituals best-in-class customer experience by delivering in-store training 3-4 times per week.
  • Undertake administrative tasks related to training, such as creating reports and updating trackers.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer from digital and face-to-face training on everyday work when in store visits.
  • Use people data and business metrics to identify learning gaps and suggest learning solutions.
  • Build, develop, and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the wider Training and Development team.
Requirements
  • Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be located in the Midlands.
  • Experience within Retail or Wholesale.
