About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Trainer to join our team in the Midlands and North. As a Regional Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training to our frontline store teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our Training and Development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with our Head of Training to develop and implement training strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective training to frontline store teams in person and online
  • Implement training programs and support the continuous development of these programs through critical evaluation and frontline insights
  • Upskill our store teams to deliver the Rituals best-in-class customer experience by delivering in-store training 3-4 times per week
  • Undertake administrative tasks related to training, such as creating reports and updating trackers
  • Ensure knowledge transfer from digital and face-to-face training on everyday work when in store visits
  • Use people data and business metrics to identify learning gaps and suggest learning solutions
  • Build, develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels
  • Collaboratively work with the wider Training and Development team
Requirements
  • Full clean driving license & access to own vehicle. (Mandatory)
  • Must be located in the Midlands (Mandatory)
  • Experience within Retail or Wholesale. (Mandatory)
