About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Trainer to join our team in the Midlands and North regions. As a Regional Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training to our frontline store teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for store teams, both in-person and online
  • Implement training programs and continuously evaluate and improve them based on frontline insights and business metrics
  • Upskill store teams to deliver the Rituals best-in-class customer experience through in-store training and coaching
  • Undertake administrative tasks related to training, such as creating reports and updating trackers
  • Ensure knowledge transfer from digital and face-to-face training to everyday work when in-store visits
  • Use people data and business metrics to identify learning gaps and suggest learning solutions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:

  • Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Must be located in the Midlands
  • Experience within Retail or Wholesale
