**Hours**:37.5 hours / Mon-Fri with occasional evenings & Weekends
**Location**: Homebased with National travel
**Salary**:up to £33,000 Dependent on Experience(Includes £3000 car allowance)
**Contract**: Permanent/Full time

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our Learning and Talent (Central Services) team.
As Trainer, you will possess a teaching or training qualification and be able to demonstrate a friendly and engaging approach to training. Your excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work alongside a wide range of age groups and capabilities.
**About the Role**
Reporting into the Regional Training Services Manager you will:
- Join an experienced and inclusive Learning and Talent team creating a world-class learning offering for our employees.
- Provide a mix of online and classroom learning to our learners that are engaging and thought-provoking using the latest technology and techniques.
- Provide a high level of customer service, going above and beyond to ensure the needs of our carers and employees are met.

We are part of the National Fostering Group - the UK’s largest independent fostering family.
Our highly skilled and dedicated fostering community supports Local Authorities by providing short or long-term foster placements for thousands of vulnerable children and teenagers throughout the UK. **Who are we looking for?**
As Trainer, you will have an existing experience of delivering a wide variety of training activities to a range of audiences.
To be successful within the role you will:
- Be knowledgeable in different learning needs and styles and evidence of how these are embedded in course/learning materials.
- Have an engaging training style, ensuring everyone is brought along.
- Be an excellent communicator and an ability to work alongside a wide range of age groups and abilities.
- Have previous experience creating training materials, solutions and delivering learning that impacts behaviour.
- Systematically measure results and check the embedding of our learning.
- Put customer service and experience at the heart of their thinking and approach, going out of their way to delight the customer.
**Desirable**:
- Previous knowledge/experience of Therapeutic Parenting Practices.
- Previous experience working in a Fostering setting.
