Do you have experience in a busy administrative role? Are you eager to develop your skills within an established team whilst offering you the support to a new career? If so we are recruiting for an experienced administration assistant to help us with our ever-increasing administrative needs.
- The ability to input and manage data in a range of company systems
- High level of competence using Microsoft packages, in particular MS Excel
- Strong administration skills
- Strong numerical and literacy skills to process purchase orders and financial information.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills to manage diaries and mange time effectively.
- Effective teamworking skills to liaise with our workforce and partnering contractors.
- Someone with excellent communication skills.
