This role is a rotational position, to develop competencies required to fulfil all responsibilities necessary to provide high quality customer service and administrative support ensuring that standards are maintained in line with the Trust’s policies and procedures.
The apprenticeship will be undertaken in collaboration with a training provider and includes both classroom sessions as well as work-based assessment within the work environment. Apprentices complete a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their learning and skills in practice in line with the apprenticeship standards.
The apprenticeship will involve rotation around multiple corporate departments.
