**Location: Usher Institute, currently based at Teviot Place, moving to a new building in Edinburgh Bioquarter, early 2024**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised administrator to join our Teaching Organisation within the Deanery of Molecular, Genetic and Population Health Sciences at the University of Edinburgh.

This position is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Higher Education administration, in a team with a commitment to supporting staff wellbeing and development.

The Opportunity:
You will be part of the vibrant Deanery Teaching Organisation, which is embedded in the Usher Institute and the wider Edinburgh Medical School. We have 600+ students, from more than 50 nationalities, study with us on our on-campus and online postgraduate programmes, including: Master of Public Health, Master of Family Medicine, MSc Clinical Trials, MSc Epidemiology, MSc Data Science for Health and Social Care, PGCert Global Health Challenges. We also have a growing student community studying on our continuing professional development (CPD) courses in data science.

As a Programme Administrator you will provide support to our postgraduate programmes, our students and our teaching staff throughout the academic year. You will work closely with our teaching staff, Programme Directors and the wider Teaching Organisation team to deliver a high-quality level of teaching and student experience.
