**eg. 1x full-time (35 hours per week) and **1x part-time (21 hours per week) posts**

We are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic administrators to support staff and students in all aspects of administration, learning, teaching and assessment activities associated with the delivery of designated on campus and online Postgraduate Taught programmes at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies.
- or part-time hours (minimum 21 hours per week). Please indicate your preferred weekly working hours in your covering letter and submit alongside a copy of your current CV.
**The Opportunity**:
You will work closely with staff and PGT students to deliver an effective and efficient service in support of all aspects of postgraduate taught programme administration, dealing confidently and sensitively with a wide range of matters.

You will have recent relevant experience of working in a varied, customer facing administrative environment and a proven ability to exercise initiative. As well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will have experience of accurate data entry and checking, and be competent and experienced in the use of computer software packages.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Excellent organisational, administrative and time/task management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to form and sustain excellent working relationships.
- Highly developed IT skills (especially Excel) including ability to interact with electronic systems and packages such as LEARN, EUCLID, and MS Teams.
- Ability to exercise excellent judgement and initiative and prioritise work within the annual academic cycle.
- Ability to quickly master new systems and complex processes and to sustain a high performance under pressure.
