As a **Facilities Co-ordinator** at Sodexo in **Paddington, W2 6BD**,, You'll will be responsible for our corporate sites continuous improvement and operational excellence. **What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate with the building authorities for building related matters
- Work closely with finance to ensure vendors are paid on time
- Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
- A keen eye for detail - nothing goes unnoticed
- Excellent communication skills: ability to connect and work with a young and demanding set of employees
- Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed
