Procurement and Sustainability Administrator - Hybrid out of Newcastle office

What you will be doing...
- Working within the Parkdean Resorts procurement team you will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities of the procurement and sustainability functions.
- You represent a central point of contact engaging with all the procurement and sustainability team members, functional stakeholders and external suppliers.
- You will gain experience of a diverse range of procurement activities from supporting procurement managers in large multi-million pound sourcing and contract management to contributing to the development of a best-in-class procurement function.
- You will lead on ad-hoc procurement activities from source to contract.
- As the function continues to develop, you will manage and lead on central function suppliers including but not limited to; travel management deals, credit check system, supplier on-boarding.
- You will be required to train and present to internal stakeholders as part of our corporate induction process.
- Where necessary, you will be required to train external stakeholders on internal systems.
- Ensuring due diligence is up to date is a critical part of safeguarding the business, you will be responsible for ensuring records are maintained and creating action plans to present to the procurement team should there be any issues.
- You will control and manage the rebate process for all suppliers in line with the senior procurement team.
- You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.

- Working towards CIPs qualified
- Have industry experience in holiday and leisure
- A good sense of urgency and adaptability under pressure
- Procurement experience and experience using a P2P system
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- An interest in sustainability would be beneficial
