**About the role**
The CitNOW Group Onboarding Team are recruiting for a Sales Operations Administrator to be responsible for processing orders, generating work orders and providing support for our customers internally and externally throughout the sales order and billing life cycle.
This role is based at our offices in Stirling, however we appreciate the importance of a positive work life balance and have a hybrid home and office working model.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales order and work order process is faultless from start to finish, whilst working with the wider Onboarding team to achieve the time-to-go-live and billing targets. You’ll need to have a proven ability to follow direction, be receptive to instruction and able to process requests swiftly and accurately.
The role requires use of the company's group-wide cloud-based Salesforce CRM system, so a fantastic eye for detail and experience of data administration is essential in managing the collection, entry, integrity, consistency and quality of the data.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for administering the sales operations task queues
- Be responsible for administering and monitoring the order, work order and billing process
- Ensure the sales order and work order process is faultless from start to finish
- Provide support for our customers internally and externally throughout the sales order and billing life cycle
- Collaborate with your Sales Operations colleagues to continue the development of best practice sales order and work order processes and offer your recommendations for improvements
- Strive to achieve time-to-go-live and billing targets with the wider Group Onboarding Team
- Work closely with our Salesforce team to ensure that processes are followed
**We are seeking**:
- An experienced Administrator, used to a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience using Salesforce is desirable but not essential
- Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
