Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to work within the Housing Department of a Public Sector organisation based in Stirling. This is an office based role in which you will process administrative tasks and provide an excellent service to serviceusers within the local authority. Applicants should have previous administration skills and excellent customer service skills.
Pay: £11.23 per hour
Location: Stirling Office based
Temp: 4 weeks initially, may be extended
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
**Responsibilities**
" Administering the Council's policy on pre-eviction procedures
" Assist with advice to applicants on homeless prevention
" Ensure applicants are on correct housing lists and amend form as necessary
" Ensure the updating of Private Tenancies in the required area
" Administration of Housing Options inbox and distribution of workload
" Any other administrative tasks required
" To assist with the Council's statutory duties on homelessness in accordance with current legislation
" To assist with the interviewing service to potentially homeless and homeless applicants
" Assist with operational management of statutory decision making process
" Respond promptly to correspondence
" Maintain files and paperwork including filing
" Preparation for the Officers attending meetings/presentations
" Completing areas of choice
" Delivering or maintaining correspondence
" Any other administrative tasks required
" Reception Cover
**Experience Required**:

- Previous admin experience is essential
- Competent with excel and Microsoft packages
- Ability to work well as part of a team
