**Job title: Stock & Replenishment Administrator**

**Job Location: Stirling**

**ABOUT THE ROLE -**
- Receiving deliveries - using both ERIKS and Customer computer systems to log deliveries received. Allocate to correct shelf or correct person dependant on order type.
- Stock checking - counting stock as appropriate following a yearly, monthly or weekly plan. Accurately enter data using customer’s computer system. Check for accuracy in shelf to sheet correlation. Analyse results and correct any discrepancies.
- Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system
- Responding to client enquiries and requests
- Keep order expediting up to date
- Being initial and key point of contact for the customer
- Establishing relationships with suppliers and customers
- Receipting deliveries of goods to ensure the correct items were received with the expected standard of quality
- Negotiating prices and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Supporting the Customer Operations Manager in sourcing activities

**Experience/ skills required**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
- Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
