If you've answered yes, we could have the perfect job for you. Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join our established, Stirling based client. This is a full time, permanent position and offers a competitivesalary and benefits package.
You will be working as part of a professional Customer Care team who focus on delivering an honest and respectful service to customers, colleagues and the wider community. Your duties will include:
- Providing high-quality care to customers and a first class administration service to the customer service team
- Answering calls politely and professionally
- Meeting the customers’ needs
- Building strong working relationships with the clients and contractors
- Handling complaints and escalating to relevant person to achieve a successful resolution
- General administration tasks including; dealing with outgoing mail, filing, scanning etc.
- Managing meeting room bookings
You must have excellent communication skills and will be confident dealing with people at all levels. Previous experience of the house building sector would be beneficial however any customer service and administration experience will be considered.
