We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Stirling.

This position will be for a fixed term of 12 months.

**The Role**:

- Support the Customer Service Team
- Prepare quotations/rate books when required
- Answer individual phone line/generic main line
- Assist CSE with supplying online driver log in details
- Liaise with dealerships for lead times/pricing, obtaining information in writing
- Assist CSE with Managing Ebbon Dacs Leaselink/Key2 on a regular basis throughout each day
- Arranging delivery of new vehicles/collection of replacement/incumbent supplier vehicles
- Assist with MOT/Service Reminders
- Manage fleet updating and cleansing of Key2 data on a daily/weekly basis
- Assist with Daily Rental requests/car movements where requested
- Prepare reports where required
- Any further administrating jobs which may be required to support the Customer Service & Sales Team as required
- Adherence to H&S and HR policies and procedures
- Any other tasks as may be allocated from time to time

**About you**:
**Do you**:

- Have Customer Service and / or Office Administrator experience? *preferred
- Have automotive experience? *preferred
- Have good administration and organisational skills?
- Have Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience?
- Work well individually and as part of a team?
- Have excellent time keeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
