We currently have a permanent opportunity available for an Administration Assistant to work within the ReACH Clacks and Stirling service; to support the community teams by providing a comprehensive and high-quality administration service.

You will be required to provide daily support to the leadership team across a full range of administration tasks, including diary management, recruitment administration, direct calls from patients and referrers, using electronic patient record systems, the input of data into spreadsheets, coordinating databases and electronic filing systems to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department.

You will also have responsibility for answering the telephone and other administrative duties as and when required.

In order to be successful within this role you must have previous experience in an administration role, preferably within the NHS or a similar large organisational setting.

You must also have excellent IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.
