Our client is huge in the market who are looking for a Trainee Financial Administrator to join their inclusive environment.

As a Trainee you will be trained in all aspects of client service administration, providing support to a growing team of Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Administrators.
You will be part of a warm friendly team, together making a real difference to their clients and communities.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with new business submissions
- Ensuring CRM is up to date
- Scheduling client meetings and confirmations
- Preparing review packs for clients
- Liaising with third parties regarding letters of authority, requesting policy information, fund switches and instructing transfers of stock and/or cash

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience of operating in a regulated environment, especially the Financial Services industry, would be a strong advantage but not essential
- Team Player
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Accountable
- Enthusiastic self-starter
- Ability to build effective working relationships
