Trainee Legal Administrator

Fairways Sheffield Property Management Company Limited are a Sheffield based Property Management Company focusing on residential property management in the Leasehold sector. With a vibrant and diverse staff, we are seeking a Legal Administrator to join our expanding administration team.
As a Trainee Legal Administrator you will be given full training to become responsible for liaising with solicitors and conveyancers and providing relevant sales information in relation to properties that form part of developments managed by Fairways. Additionally, assisting with general administration duties on occasion to support the team.
**Key responsibilities**
- Handling and managing sales packs
- Ensuring necessary pre sale requirements are met
- Liaising with property management team members to respond effectively to enquiries
- Handling and managing post-sale documentation
- Occasionally answering incoming calls, post/invoice distribution, management of the general inbox, ordering stationery, issuing correspondence
- Ensuring matters are handled in an effective and timely manner
- Accessing Land Registry portal services to obtain relevant documents
**Qualifications and skills**
- Previous strong administration skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft packages
- Good written and spoken English
- Previous legal, property, or leasehold knowledge would be advantageous but not required
- Full training will be provided for the role.
