Independent Lending are excited to be expanding and are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join our successful team.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Administrator to join this friendly and proactive Independent Mortgage, Protection and Commercial Finance brokers. You will be an integral part of a great team providing administrative support primarily to the Commercial Finance Director, liaising with clients and providers. You will be involved in many aspects of our financial services business.

Independent Lending was established in 2005 and provides financial advice and arranges mortgages, protection and commercial finance for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity in which your duties will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing files including supporting documentation for client meetings
- Liaising with clients and providers
- Providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service
- Act as the first point of contact for client administrative queries
- Updating and recording the required client information
- Due to the nature of the business, tasks must be completed with excellent attention to detail within a timely manner.
- Diary management
- Client invoicing
- Filing and scanning
- Return documents to clients and prepare standard letters

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
- Must have high standards with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to get things done
- Demonstrate good attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and providers.
- Excellent IT and communication skills, highly organised and can make decisions
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with clients and third parties and can work with total discretion.
- You are a self starter and able to work with little or no supervision
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Minimum GCSE English and Maths grade C/4
- Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector would be advantageous

**Remuneration**:
Salary of £21,000 to £24,000 per annum dependent on experience.

23 days holiday - to include 3 office closure days. Plus Bank Holidays.

Total hours per week: 35

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
