Job Description:
Lime People Search & Select Ltd is a renowned independent financial advisory firm in Sheffield, offering specialized financial services to businesses and individuals. Our focus lies in pensions and retirement planning, as well as comprehensive financial planning.
We are currently seeking a seasoned IFA Administrator to join our team of administrators, supporting the financial advisers in delivering outstanding client experiences. This role involves ensuring clients can plan for a comfortable retirement by providing superior service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with financial institutions to obtain necessary documentation
- Foster excellent relationships with clients, keeping them informed about case progress
- Prepare and distribute advice recommendation packages to clients
- Submit advice and annual reviews through the Intelliflo back-office system
- Provide top-notch customer service and care throughout the client journey
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working as an administrator in a financial planning or financial services company
- Profound understanding of the IFA process and relevant regulatory requirements
- Sound product knowledge across pensions, retirement planning, investments, etc.
- Superior communication skills and ability to manage workload efficiently
- Experience with the Aviva platform is advantageous, as well as additional financial services certifications
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
