Temporary Finance Assistant

We are seeking a temporary Finance Assistant to work with our client, a local charity, for 2-3 months.

This part-time role involves various financial tasks and has the possibility of flexibility in work days, requiring 15 hours per week.

  • Administrative duties for the Purchase Ledger, including adding invoices and managing related activities.
  • Bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Printing of requested financial reports as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and be available to start immediately for full training.

Salary: $52,500 - $62,500 per annum (depending on location and experience)
