**Job Description**:
**Location**: Nottingham

**Salary**: Up to £29k per annum OTE

**Contract Type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Working Style**: Hybrid - Home & Office Working

Do you have administrative experience within the IT sector? Are you target driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills? If so, you should join our friendly team as a **Business Support Executive** working on a **hybrid** basis

In this exciting role, you will provide administrative and customer support to our Account Managers, Directors and Customers to ensure they consistently receive the highest level of service possible. You will also create quotations, complete order processing and accurately maintain various databases, including Salesforce.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Providing general sales administration including but not limited to creating quotations, completing order processing tools, Salesforce & CRM maintenance.
- Conducting outbound calling to existing customers to generate MRR & One-off sales based on current campaigns, promotions & offers.
- Offering solutions and alternatives as appropriate or handing off to Sales Specialists as required.
- Upselling of additional one-off Product sales where possible.
- Be the end-to-end owner for small value OP’s which fall outside of the Account Owner sales targets.
- Providing daily contact with regular accounts to build key customer relationships.
- Providing customers with the latest market information and road maps.
- Providing an out of office service to nominated Account Management.
- Be the primary point of contact for deal registration requests.
- Pro-actively managing allocated opportunities and tasks to ensure the business expectations are met.
- Taking an active role in vendor training and assist DCS in the maintenance of accreditations.
- Working in partnership with key stakeholders to consistently expedite orders to completion.
- Generating customer specific reporting, pricing and stock management services.
- Demonstrating awareness of opportunities when talking to the client base and ensuring that these are routed appropriately to maximize opportunities.
- Taking an active role in the resolution of invoice queries.
- Owning the product return process.
- Schedule meetings at the request of either the customer or the Account Manager/Director.
- Support/Maintain the client’s profile in the E-commerce portals.

**Qualifications**:
**Preferred Skills & Experience**
- A strong understanding of the IT & Telecommunications marketplace.
- Proven experience delivering against targets and KPI’s.
- Previous experience with managing, negotiating, and closing IT/Communication contracts.
- Previous experience with maintaining data within CRM systems.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office Skills.
- Driving Licence required for site visits.
