Pensions Administrative Assistant; Location: Filton; 12-month contract; £13.61ph; Inside IR35
We currently have an opportunity for a temporary pensions’ administrator working on a 12-month contract, based at our client’s site in Filton
The Pensions Team is a friendly, busy team dealing with a wide range of tasks including pension legislation, financial data and technical queries and support to the business and members of the multiple pension schemes.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the Pensions team via a range of administrative tasks both on and offline
No two days are the same so it is important for this person can adapt their worklist to meet priorities of the team
Maintain the ongoing day to day customer service delivery
Monitor and implement processes for both internal and external providers and stakeholders
in accordance with standard operation procedures to ensure and efficient, positive and
easy-to-use experience for employees, HR teams and the wider business
Skill Set
Essential
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
Experience in a similar admin support role
A good level of written and spoken communication skills
Desirable
Experience within a pensions or finance department
Please note that there will be occasional travel to other sites, once per month
