The Role
**Key Responsibilities For This Role**
- Processing and paying invoices.
- Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports
- Prepare accurate quotes for pricing and builds estimates for special items by gathering information and analysing material and job costing
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Managing diaries for team members
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
**Required Skills**:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a financial administrator, or similar.
- An excellent working knowledge and experience of MS Office 365
- In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
- Possesses strong numerical skills and has an analytical mindset.
- Understand budget codes
- Extensive experience in financial reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Superb organisational and time management abilities.
- Great collaboration and communication skills.
- Billing/quoting experience
- Ability to problem solve and achieve outcomes in a timely manner
- Be punctual, professional, self-motivated, diligent and able to work under pressure
**Salary/Perks**:
- Salary - £26,000 FTE
- Employer Pension Contributions
- Annual Performance Based Bonus (Dependent on performance rating)
