**Job Summary**:
**Salary**: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience
**Hours**: 24 hours
**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounts Payable Management:
- Purchase Ledger invoice processing.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Processing supplier payments in accordance with established payment terms.
- Monitor outstanding payments, resolve invoice queries, and communicate with vendors to maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records and payment histories including supplier statement reconciliations.
- Other ad-hoc Finance Administration and Sales Ledger reconciliations and duties.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in finance administration and accounts payable role (desirable).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy in processing data.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Working knowledge and experience with Sage (desirable).
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively within the finance department.
**Desirable Qualifications**:
- Experience with ERP systems for accounting and finance.
