Our highly regarded client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their workshop office in Falkirk. The role will be supported by and be supportive of the General Office Administrator
You will need to have some background experience in administration/finance roles. Preferably with some knowledge and understanding of construction. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
The duties for this job will consist of:
- Ordering and paying for construction materials, hire equipment, etc.
- Preparing information for submission to our accountants in relation to VAT expenses and claims.
- Preparing and issuing invoices to clients and tracking payments.
- Auditing expense claims and passing these to our accountant for processing.
- Tracking pre-paid credit card expenses and auditing these.
- Reviewing and negotiating supplier costs to obtain the best price.
