**Corporate Events Coordinator and Administrator**

**£20 - £25 per hour ** 9mth contract initially (high probability of extension) ** Hybrid working out of their London office (EC3M), plus occasional attendance to events should you be required ** Weekly pay ** Paid Holiday ** NEST Pension**

This exciting position has become available due to the current temporary worker being offered a permanent role within the team.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to get involved at an exciting time, where their successful digital events will be combining with more and more face-to-face ones.

This role requires the completion of all administration and processing tasks behind every event organised by the senior team members. So you will need to be highly focused and coordinated, as well as being able to pick up new systems quickly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and assist your senior colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks to achieve deadlines for online, in-house and off-site events
- Ensuring post event documentation such as agendas, delegate lists, feedback forms, breakout schedules and table/seating plans are up to date and in line with the event plan

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, plus an ability to grasp new software quickly
- A fast learner who wants to progress in their career to be able to manage large scale complex events in the future
- Ability to be self-sufficient and manage own workload once it is assigned
- Proactive approach in undertaking a variety of responsibilities and able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and able to monitor own work to ensure quality
