Our client is a family-owned company operating primarily in the import, storage, sales, and distribution of wood-based panel products based in **Halifax, West Yorkshire**. The business stocks a wide range of unique and specialist panels in addition to readily available commodity products. The Company has an excellent reputation for the products they sell and as an employer, their offices are extremely modern with a recently installed staff gym and changing rooms, modern breakout and lunch areas and free car parking.

We are now assisting with their search for a** Business Administration **Apprentice.**

This is an excellent opportunity where you will have a flexible workload that will include tasks in support of the following departments within the business:

- Reception
- Accounts
- Credit Control
- Goods In
- Shipping
- Systems
- Environmental & Technical
- Marketing

**Desired skills and personal qualities**
- Good Maths & English skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to take actions based on own initiative.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 or above) essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 or above) essential

**Salary**
- The Apprenticeship salary will be reviewed every 12 months and will increase based on the performance of the individual and the progress of the qualification.

Apprenticeship qualification - Level 3

On-the-job training will be provided. There is no requirement for day release for college. Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship, the employee can progress into a Business Administration role.
