**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is to provide administrative support, be the first point of contact for customers, and have responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the office.

**Qualifications**

**Duties and responsibilities (may include, but not limited to)**:

- Assisting the General Manager with day to day tasks as required
- Handling inbound calls and directing customer queries
- Providing great customer service
- Carrying out usual office tasks
- Providing hospitality for visitors
- Supporting development of the management system
- Assisting with implementing and monitoring procedures and controls to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and ISO standards
- Work to company processes and procedures
- Keep work area tidy and free from hazards, reporting potential dangers promptly
- Undertake any internal or external training as required
- Carry out such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job
