You will be the face of phoenix Gym on entry to the club and provide the Phoenix Gym values and customer experience to all new and existing customers and guests.

It is vital that you are outgoing and friendly with a genuine desire to help people. You must also be confident enough to ensure the gym rules are followed by all members and guests, dealing with any issues to maintain a positive workout experience for all.

You will provide information clearly and efficiently in a friendly and helpful manner and also recommend products and services that can further help members achieve their goals and enjoy their time within Phoenix Gym.

You will be responsible for collecting and processing customer data, working with other team members such as the gym coaches the club manager and directors.

You will on occasion provide gym tours to new prospects, finding out what their desired goals are for joining and then showing them the facilities available within the club.

You will help the prospect choose which membership option is best for them and then conveniently walk them through the joining process.

As a Phoenix team member you will help promote the Phoenix Gym brand and services by sharing posts on social media and always promoting Phoenix in a positive and professional way.

You will manage the reception cleaning and operational procedures and proactively keep reception presentable, safe and maintained to a high standard for members. Downtime jobs will also be provided.

When fully trained you will be responsible to open up and close down the gym facility when necessary at the beginning or end of shifts.

The position is for a minimum of 18 hours per week (3 x 6 hour shifts) plus holiday and sickness cover for other reception team members. Holiday cover may on occasion be up to 30 for that week.

The part time shifts are mainly evening and weekends and holiday cover may occasionally be necessary during daytime shifts (10am to 4pm).
