We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technologist to join our team in Norwich.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and testing complex systems using electronic, digital, and electromechanical skills.

You will work on-site at customer locations in the UK and abroad, either individually or leading a small team. This position involves extended periods of time spent working away from home, including abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install, commission, repair, service, and train company products.
  2. Coordinate with project managers and customer support to ensure effective service delivery to customers at their sites.
  3. Buildd and maintain positive relationships with customers while delivering high standards of work and customer service.
  4. Construct, conduct, and instruct training courses in the factory and at customer locations.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
