A leading engineering organisation in Norwich is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Professional to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Field Service Professional, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and testing complex systems at customer locations in the UK and abroad. You will work independently or as part of a small team, using your electronic, digital, and electromechanical skills to deliver high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out installation, commissioning, repair, service, and training of company products.
  • Coordinating with Project Managers and Customer Support Manager to ensure effective delivery of service to customers.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers while delivering high standards of work and customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven field service experience.
  • Technical knowledge of diagnosing and repairing digital, electronic, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
