We have exciting and ambitious plans for the future of the visitor journey. We’re building on the people-centric, cross-discipline approach that we've developed. To get there we'll be working closely with operational teams to enable the development of aconsistent visitor experience.

You’ll play a crucial role in bringing disciplines together around the common goal of improving experiences for people. You will bring strong people skills and an ability to forge ahead with work, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

We are recruiting for three full-time roles offered on an internal secondment basis, one is for a period of 8 months, one a 12 month maternity cover and the other for 15 months.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will involve regular travel across the regionsand to our head office to meet with stakeholders and to carry out work.
You’ll get out onsite at properties regularly to understand the visitor experience fully, working closely with operational teams as you do so. You’ll build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders in operations, consultancy and Whole Trust and becomfortable operating with authenticity across all three.

- Experience of delivering solutions that support the improvement of the visitor journey -A proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, ranging from front line teams to senior leaders -Able to work as part of a team in a multi-disciplinary organisation,negotiating, building trust and delivering a quality service -Leadership skills, always ready to share your knowledge and experience to grow others, as a trainer, mentor and coach -Experience of analysing visitor insight, identifying significant challengesand building effective solutions for them
