We supply Ansys, which is the largest, most popular software product in the world dedicated to creating “virtual models” of how products will perform in reality and enabling our clients to develop better solutions within all industries, including renewable energy, automation and transport.
We are a member of the **PDSVISION Group**, a fast-growing international digital engineering software and service provider of 400 staff headquartered in Sweden and with operations in Finland, Denmark, Norway, Germany, South Africa and the USA in addition to the UK. PDSVISION offers further world class end to end software solutions and services realizing digital transformation within manufacturing companies, encompassing not only design activities but also aftermarket solutions including emerging technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Augmented Reality (AR).
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a dedicated Sales Administrator for our Ansys software and training business, primarily responsible for providing support to the software sales efforts and/or renewal activities of our Ansys sales business development team. This includes assisting our business development team with both new software orders and also the renewal of subscription and maintenance contracts.
You will be our Ansys administration champion, leading ordering activities and becoming expert in CRM and order processing systems hosted by both Ansys Inc (the developer of Ansys software) and also those used here at Wilde. You will liaise regularly and support both your business development manager colleagues and staff at Ansys Inc to enable our ordering systems to operate smoothly, identifying and proposing efficiencies wherever possible while ensuring that we remain compliant with our ISO9001 quality management system. You will train new sales recruits in necessary systems, protocol and procedures regarding sales order processing.
You will also get involved in the quoting and order processing of Ansys-related training courses as required, liaising with our technical and marketing teams to co-ordinate resources and inform campaigns.
In addition, when time allows, there is likely to be opportunities to support our Ansys sales team with company research, marketing support and data cleansing, including updating price lists and opportunity records. In addition, you will also on occasion help with administration activities within other parts of our business as required.
This new dedicated role is intended to help us grow our Ansys business further by supporting our Ansys business development managers with key administration sales support, freeing up their time as much as possible for prospecting and new client account management.

Although there are benefits to working at least one day a week from our Manchester or Cambridge offices, we embrace hybrid working through use of MS Teams and other cloud-based systems and therefore can offer flexibility as suits you and the roles to be undertaken.
**What We Are Looking For**
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum of 18 months experience within business administration, sales or related role.
- Although not essential, a business or related qualification and/or previous experience within an IT/software company would be advantageous.
**Essential Skills**
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work autonomously, confidently and with initiative, including problem solving within an administrative context
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great team player
- Self-motivation and the drive to achieve objectives.
- Able to perform tasks precisely, consistently and with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
**Desirable Skills**
- Use of dedicated CRM or financial software
**Details**
As with all staff, this role qualifies hybrid working so time can be split between office (Manchester or possibly Cambridge) and home as agreed with your line manager.
We offer a 37 hour working week, Monday to Friday, 25 days, plus 8 statutory, paid holidays per year, pension scheme, and flexi-time working.
In line with our Flexible Working Policy, we are open to discussing the type of flexible arrangements that might suit you, including the possibility of part-time working.
