**Are you the right person for the job?**
- You will preferably have at least 2 years of Sales Administration experience
- You will be a proactive outgoing Sales Ledger Administrator and add to the current experienced team
- You will be able to work well as part of a team and be responsible for the administration of the Sales Ledger
**Your role as Sales Ledger Administrator will include, but will not be limited to**
- Posting bank and merchant receipts onto Customer Accounts
- Resolution of customer disputes via communication or raising Credit Notes
- Raising one off Invoices
- Issuing Chase Letters on request of Credit Controllers
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of activity and contact on customer accounts
- Review and update risk levels for allocated customers on a quarterly basis on the system
- Weekly administration of DD Collection & Customer Refunds
- Any other ad hoc duties as requested
