**About Our Client**:
My client is a Not for Profit organisation based in Stockport. They are a large company which contributes to the in-depth research of genetic and health information for UK participants. My client is a major contributor to the advancement of modern medicine and treatment.

**The key responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger will include, but may not be limited to;**
- Ensure all purchase invoices are processed accurately.
- Review expense and credit card claims
- Assisting with weekly payment runs
- Setting up and answering queries
- Administering external supplier accounts and requests
- Ensuring urgent payments are processed.
- Administration of general office and finance postal duties
- Dealing with internal and external queries regarding payments and outstanding customer balances

**The Successful Applicant**:
**The successful Purchase Ledger must possess the following skill set and experience.**
- Background working in Not for Profit and Charities sector
- A good level of purchase / sales ledger experience
- Strong administration skills
- A high level of numeracy and ability to work with data
- Good IT skills including spreadsheets, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills written and verbally
- Ability to travel to Stockport.
