1 x Full time substantive (Hemel Hempstead Hospital)

1 x Full time substantive (St Albans City Hospital)

1 x full time Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity leave until Jan 2024 (St Albans City Hospital)

Working in the Audiology Departments of WHHT, helping the adult hearing-impaired population, by diagnosing and treating hearing loss.

Must have a BSc in Audiology or equivalent, with relevant in-service training. RCCP or equivalent registration is an essential requirement if already qualified. RCCP registration or equivalent registration must be applied for if your qualification is pending.

You must have NHS experience either as a qualified Audiologist or as a student on placement.

You will be covering ENT clinics, doing Direct referrals, reassessments, hearing aid fittings, follow ups and hearing aid repairs. You will need to be flexible, a team player and enjoy working with the elderly and hearing impaired.

There has never been a more exciting time to join West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Major redevelopment works are planned as part of the New Hospital Programme. These will be most dramatic at Watford General Hospital where up to 90% of buildings will be new.

Careful and accurate recording of patient sessions onto Auditbase

To participate in mandatory staff training sessions.

To participate in any department research and development.
