We are looking for an Oceans of Play Assistant to join us on our exciting journey as we transform our business from Good to Great. This is an extremely exciting time for the business and this role will be play a key part in helping us achieve success.

The ideal person will have experience working in a customer facing role.

The main focus of the role will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure the Oceans of Play centre is kept at a high standard of cleanliness.

**What does the role involve?**

A hands-on role that requires you to:

- Ensure the safety of all visitors to the Ocean of Play Centre.
- Supervise young children in a safe and secure environment.
- Control of entrance and exits.
- To keep facilities clean and free of hazards.
- Monitor the behaviour of customers.
- To provide a full customer service via the catering outlet
- To comply with health and safety regulations

**Skills and competencies**:

- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
