We are excited to present an opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to become a vital part of our team. This role is centered around supporting regulatory compliance and third-party certifications associated with our operations.
As you embark on your journey in the Quality Assurance field, you will gain insights into our organization and the clients we serve, including significant programs across various domains such as LAND, SEA, AIR, and even SPACE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Assurance evaluations across multiple programs as required.
- Support the inspection and acceptance processes for modifications and upgrades performed on equipment.
- Engage in Quality Assurance activities throughout the CADMID/T lifecycle as necessary.
- Assist in organizing, planning, and facilitating both internal and external audits, including those from customers and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in the auditing and approval processes for suppliers.
In your role as a QA Associate, you will also assist in providing oversight for equipment release signatories when requested. You will be involved in Root Cause Analysis and process enhancement initiatives aimed at driving superior performance. Additionally, monitoring and assessing the supply chain, including conducting subcontractor site audits and inspections, will be part of your responsibilities, in collaboration with various functions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards is preferred, with Internal Auditor qualifications being advantageous.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a recognized technical discipline is required.
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
- Capability to obtain security clearance (SC) to Secret level is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across various functions and levels.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Excellent coordination skills with a proactive approach.
- Awareness of administrative support for management meetings.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Able to thrive in a flexible and occasionally high-pressure work environment.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Previous military experience is a plus.
